  • Partner with regional and functional finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure consistent application of policies
  • Assist with the accounting for complex transactions (e.g., revenue arrangements, foreign currency, intercompany, leases, investments) under USGAAP
  • Contribute to the documentation, maintenance, and improvement of corporate accounting policies and procedures
  • Participate in internal and external audit requests, including preparation of audit support and responding to auditor inquiries
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, such as system/process improvements, new reporting requirements, and special transactions

What You Bring

  • CPA designation (or international equivalent) required
  • 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time in public accounting and/or a complex, multi-entity corporate environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of USGAAP/IFRS and experience applying standards in a public company context
  • Experience with consolidations and multi-currency reporting for global operations
  • Solid month-end and quarter-end close experience, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations
  • Proven experience supporting external financial reporting (e.g., note disclosures, working papers, supporting schedules)
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with large data sets and building robust schedules
  • Experience with a mid-to-large ERP or consolidation system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, OneStream, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across finance and the business
  • Prior experience in entertainment, media, technology, or other IP/royalty-based business is an asset
