The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Accountant to take ownership of the full-cycle accounting function for U.S. operations. This role is key to supporting a high-growth area of the business and requires specific expertise in U.S. multi-state sales and use tax. Ideal for a self-starter who thrives in evolving environments, this position offers the chance to build and streamline financial processes from the ground up.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle accounting for the U.S. entity, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations
• Own all aspects of U.S. sales and use tax compliance, including filings and remittances across multiple states
• Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations, with a focus on inventory, fixed assets, debt, and equity accounts
• Oversee inventory accounting and valuation processes
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis for U.S. operations

What We Need From You

• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role
• Hands-on experience with U.S. multi-state sales and use tax compliance is required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment where processes are still being built
• Experience handling high transaction volumes, ideally in a product-based or inventory-driven business
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A CPA designation is not required, strong experience and attention to detail matter most
