The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Project Finance to support a growing team navigating multiple legacy and new project financing initiatives. This is a critical short-term role for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in renewable energy finance, particularly tax equity structures.

You’ll be stepping into an under-resourced team and expected to make an immediate impact, managing legacy closings, launching new financings, and mitigating risks along the way. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can plug into complex deals with minimal ramp-up time, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the closeout of legacy project financings ahead of critical deadlines
• Support and execute on new project financing structures, beginning in July
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and internal finance teams
• Ensure compliance with all closing conditions and deliverables
• Identify potential issues across financing processes and resolve them proactively
• Provide subject matter expertise on tax equity financing and renewable energy projects
• Report progress to senior leadership and assist with strategic decision-making

About You

• Extensive project finance experience in renewable energy or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of tax equity and its application in clean energy projects
• Ability to manage multiple financing processes under tight timelines
• Strategic problem-solver who can take initiative and work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-moving environments
