The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models. This role will focus on managing global revenue streams, improving AR performance, and supporting accurate, timely reporting in a high-volume, remote-first environment. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead revenue recognition across recurring subscription and licensing models
• Analyze accounts receivable and deliver insights to improve DSO and cash flow
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance to enhance invoicing and collections processes
• Build and refine financial models, dashboards, and forecasting tools
• Support external audit prep, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and streamline financial workflows
• Drive automation initiatives to scale reporting and reduce manual errors

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, and variance analysis
• CPA designation
• Experience with deferred revenue, complex revenue recognition, and full-cycle accounting
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Proficiency with Excel and tools like Avalara, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Chargebee, and Salesforce
• Deep understanding of AR metrics and SaaS KPIs

What Success Looks Like:

• By 3 months, you’ve taken ownership of revenue and AR reporting, built key stakeholder relationships, and delivered early wins in DSO improvements.
• At 1 year, you’ve enhanced forecasting tools, improved cash conversion cycles, and led system optimizations that support continued growth.
