The Opportunity

As Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in the finance team, providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to support the company’s continued growth and success.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, ensuring resources are allocated effectively while driving improvements in financial processes and reporting. This role offers the chance to make an impact not only within the finance team but also on the company’s broader mission to deliver meaningful innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and completeness
• Conduct financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Coordinate audits and tax filings to ensure compliance
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance financial efficiency and controls

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation (or equivalent) required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
