The Opportunity:
Lead FP&A for the Private Equity division within a prominent investment organization on a 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension to one year. Drive financial strategy and performance through expert planning, forecasting, and analysis. Provide key financial guidance to senior leadership for strategic decisions during a critical period.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop annual operating plan and quarterly expense forecasts for Private Equity.
- Serve as primary FP&A contact for corporate teams, overseeing consolidated reporting.
- Manage the 5-year strategic financial planning for Private Equity G&A.
- Oversee FP&A for international office budgets.
- Direct consolidation and analysis of Private Equity P&Ls and KPIs for executive reporting.
- Develop regional expense dashboards with performance analysis for transaction teams.
- Lead and mentor the FP&A team in daily operations and long-term goals.
- Partner with HR on incentive accrual and forecasting processes.
- Champion process improvement initiatives within FP&A.
- Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- CPA accounting designation
- 7+ years progressive FP&A experience (Public Accounting + financial services, Private Markets a plus).
- Proven FP&A leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in shared services FP&A support.
- Client-focused approach.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Familiarity with PowerBI and Alteryx (asset).

- 6-month contract position with a strong possibility of extension to one year.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
- Hourly Pay Rate: $70-$80/hr
- 4 days onsite, 1 day from home work model
