As VP Finance, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, leading all financial operations to support our scaling, operational efficiency, and long-term growth initiatives. This is an opportunity to own the finance function end-to-end while working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS business that’s making a real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the finance function: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Implement financial controls: Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
• Develop a long-term capital strategy: Support potential fundraising, debt refinancing, and M&A opportunities.
• Drive financial process improvement: Streamline month-end close processes, reporting accuracy, and cost optimization.
• Enhance decision-making: Provide financial modeling, ROI assessments, and growth planning insights.

What Success Looks Like

• First 3 Months: Gain deep insight into business financials, optimize reporting, and refine forecasting.
• First Year: Build a scalable finance team, strengthen financial models, and drive a capital strategy for 2026.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, or scaling businesses.
• CPA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS revenue models, deferred revenue, and complex revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and decision support analytics.
• Experience with capital strategy, including VC/private equity, debt financing, and fundraising (preferred but not required).
• Expertise in financial controls, GAAP compliance, and process automation.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and advise executive leadership.
