We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Senior Portfolio Administrator to join a high-performing investment operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading fund administration activities, ensuring the accuracy of NAV calculations, coordinating audits and regulatory filings, and overseeing the implementation of fund changes. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, providing mentorship to junior staff while maintaining the integrity of fund data and reporting processes.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee fund administration for pooled and mutual fund structures, ensuring accuracy of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and timely reporting
- Perform cash and position reconciliations, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Deliver monthly fund performance analysis and reports for internal and client use
- Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, custodians, and brokers to support prospectus filings, audits, and ongoing fund operations
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and manage the annual fund audit process
- Support and lead the implementation of fund changes across internal systems and external platforms
- File and maintain compliance documentation with regulatory bodies, including the BCSC and OSC
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, facilitating issue resolution and knowledge sharing
- Manage ad hoc requests efficiently while maintaining high standards in regular responsibilities
What You Bring:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in fund operations or investment administration within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles, NAV calculations, and Canadian securities regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI, Axys, and XIP is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial information
- Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
