The Opportunity:

As the Financial Systems Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our client's SAP and OneStream platforms. Your expertise in finance and system configuration will be essential in enhancing processes and enabling informed financial decision-making. Working closely with both IT and finance teams, you will ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy. Additionally, you will oversee system documentation, user training, and continuous improvements to maximize efficiency.



What You Will Be Doing:

  • Administer and maintain SAP and OneStream systems, ensuring accurate configuration, security, and workflow management
  • Support finance users by providing training, troubleshooting, and process optimization to enhance efficiency
  • Create and update system documentation, user manuals, and training resources
  • Partner with IT and finance teams to maintain seamless system integration, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee system upgrades, testing, and improvements while liaising with external vendors
  • Adhere to company policies, financial reporting standards, and organizational values, ensuring compliance and workplace safety


What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems management
  • Proven experience with SAP and OneStream systems
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and GAAP principles
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage projects effectively
