Salary: $75-90,000

The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-impact finance team supporting a growing investment portfolio. This is an ideal role for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with strong financial reporting experience and a passion for improving systems, processes, and insights that drive decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and ESG disclosures
• Lead/assist in budgeting, forecasting, and weekly cash flow analysis
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts with actionable commentary
• Conduct financial modeling and capital project evaluations using Vena
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support strategic decisions
• Perform reconciliations, maintain compliance with IFRS or ASPE, and support external audits
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and internal controls

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling); Vena, Epicor, and ERP systems experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or ASPE, financial reporting, and budgeting best practices
• Analytical, detail-focused, and able to clearly communicate complex financial data to stakeholders
• Experience in a mid-to-large organization is preferred
