About the Role:

Join a dynamic organization as a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across departments, streamline processes, and contribute to a company poised for growth.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
• Conduct profitability analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
• Analyze sales, margins, and expenses to deliver actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
• Assist with system enhancements and implementations

Qualifications:

• CPA designation preferred; MBA a plus
• 5+ years of accounting and FP&A experience
• Financial reporting expertise
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, dynamic models, etc.) and experience with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
