Why This Role? 

As CFO, you’ll have a seat at the table, helping define and execute CrowdRiff’s vision. You’ll be a builder, strategist, and operator; someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving efficiency, and aligning cross-functional teams. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Shape financial & operational strategy to optimize growth and profitability 
• Evaluate new market opportunities and ensure strategic resource allocation 
• Build scalable processes to break down silos and improve cross-functional alignment 
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance retention, revenue, and customer success 
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, Board, and investors, providing financial oversight and strategic counsel 
• Lead and mentor finance, revenue operations, and related teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 10+ years of financial leadership in SaaS, tech, or marketplace businesses 
• Proven experience with fundraising, M&A, recapitalization, or IPOs 
• Hands-on experience scaling teams and implementing financial systems 
• A strategic thinker who can execute and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
• A strong communicator and trusted advisor, comfortable working with founders, boards, and external financial partners
